ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Ordering
Fill up the order form situated in the site and ensure that all your particulars and orders are correct before submitting them to us.
You will be sent a copy of the order form.
You will be issued an invoice containing the order total [total price of products + postage charged], within 12-48 hours. If you do not receive any invoice (check your junk mail), please email us your order again or leave a comment on our instagram account.
For overseas buyers, the procedure is similar to above but you will receive an invoice from us containing the order total [total price of products + postages charged]. If you are agreeable to the prices charged, kindly reply the email and we will then send you the payment invoice from Paypal where you have the option of either using Paypal/Debit/Credit to pay.
Payment

After receiving your invoice, proceed to make your payment to the bank account that was stated in the email and reply back to us with your transaction details after payment have been made. Payment has to be in before preorder closes.

Waiting time
Waiting time for items to arrive is 1.5-2 weeks after the closing date with no delays.
After item(s) arrive:
1-2 days to pack items and mail them out/arrange meetups.
For updates, do use the track page that is accessible through the home page of the site. Select the preorder you've joined to track your status. All updates will be done there.

Meetups
Free at King Albert Park Mrt, Kent Ridge Mrt, NUS/Utown.
Conditions:
- Once items have arrived and packed, the weekly schedule for meetups will be sent to customers who have opted for the self-collection. Customers are to RSVP back through the email to let us know the date they are collecting on. Customers are to give at least 24hrs notice for meet-up arrangement. Last-minute RSVP back of email will NOT be entertained. Should you appear on that day and your item is not with us, we will not be held responsible.
- Please be responsible and be there on time. Maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. A phone number will be provided so if you are going to be late, do let the person doing the meetup know beforehand.
- Once collection date has been made and confirmed, the customer will only be allowed to change their collection date BUT must give 24 hours notice.
- Customers will be given two weeks to collect their items via meetups. In the event they cannot make it for any days in those two weeks, they are to opt for postage and any required top up must be done. If customers happen to be overseas or have special circumstances, let us know and we will work something out.
- If customers do not turn up for a confirmed meetup or are late more than once (For example, first confirmed meetup was more than 15 minutes late, second confirmed meetup was more than 15 minutes late again), they WILL NOT be able to do meetups and must opt for postage.
- Item(s) not collected within 20 days after the 1st arrival email &/or with no special arrangements will be donated to charity. No refunds will be entertained.
REFUNDS
All refunds for out of stock preorder items will be done once all items have arrived and have been packed.
No refunds for cases under:
- Items can’t fit you/don’t suit your body/you changed your mind/you ordered the wrong size/colour/item number
- Items have a difference of 3-4cm with the measurements provided (to account for human error)
- Item is not exact to picture provided. The actual colour of the products may vary in real life due to the resolution of your monitor screen or lighting conditions used for stock photos. Nonetheless we will try our best to ensure all pictures are accurate. All photos used are obtained from suppliers unless otherwise stated.
- Item material is different from what you expected. Unless material has been stated wrongly, no refund will be given in this case.
Reasons for refund:
- Items went out of stock.
- We ordered the wrong item.
- Item was defective. We will check all items for defects before delivery to customers. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from postage.
For other cases, it will be reviewed case-to-case basis.
Returns will be done only when it is agreed upon on between seller and buyer.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. If items have tags cut off/washed/worn, we have the rights not to make any refunds.
Items to be returned must be mailed out within one week of the date received.
Do note that items sent out with minor loose threads, minor small stains are not defected items. They should go away with one wash. Should the item have holes/tears/big patchy stains, we will consider it a defected item.
We do quality checks for every single item ordered so rest assured we do not send out defected items.
Customer will be required to bear the charges for the return delivery and provide proof of delivery (COP or picture proof).
If no proof and/or wrong information on proof and/or seller did not receive the returned parcel, we have the rights not to make any refunds.
